GROWING UP

Growing up is defined as to increase in size by a natural process and to develop and reach maturity. Besides that, to be capable of growth and thrive. For a guy, a lot changes happen as you grow up, especially as you reach puberty, the name for the time when your body begins to develop and changes. Girls start developing breast and get their periods. For a guy, there isn’t just one event or sign that you’re growing up. There are lots of them, including your body growing bigger, your voice changing, and hair sprouting everywhere. Most boys begin puberty between the ages of 9 and 14. But keep in mind that puberty start when a boy’s body ready, and everyone grows at his own place. Lots of kids go through times when they’d like to change their hair. Often, its girls who are most concerned, but boys may be interested in how their hair looks, too. Sometimes hair will change as you got older, all by itself, when you got puberty. Maybe it used to be lighter and now its darker or maybe its more oily than it used to be and now you need to wash it more. It also normal, as you’re getting older, to notice your appearance more. You might suddenly decide you want a hairstyle like other kids at school have. People (especially girls) talk a lot about periods. But what exactly is a period and what makes it happen. A girls first period, called menarche, signals that she is growing up and her body preparing so that she might have a baby someday. A period is the 2 to 7 days that a girl or woman experience menstrual flow. For most girls, it amounts to about 2 tablespoon (30 ml). To catch the blood and prevent stains on her clothes, a girl can wear a pad, which sticks to her underwear, or a tampon, which is inserted into the vagina. A significant in the growth of a young person is in their bodies as well as changes in their voices.
